What is the best rate I can get, for listing and selling my home? PDF Print E-mail
All real estate rates are negotiable, but please, consider what the Broker and Realtor have to endure cost-wise, themselves.

First they spend some time doing up a CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) for you; measure up your home and property, assist you in filling in all forms; take multiple pictures and have them and your home placed for sale on the MLS system; place your home and pictures in the south Shore Real Estate Guide, place ads in the local and out-of-town papers and if the agent has a website of his own, place your home on their website as well as the Broker’s website; have an Open House to introduce your home to other agents in the area, hold Open Houses for potential buyers; interview potential buyers to see if your home is what they are looking for and set a time to bring them to your home for a viewing, negotiate on your behalf to get the best price, and again go through all of the necessary paperwork to close the sale for you.

All of this comes out of their pockets and not yours. If they don’t sell your house they are still out the total costs to market your home. They ask for no money up front, like some companies do. We pay for all signage and place you on our website and in magazines at no charge, plus you have the added advantage of the Real Estate Commission, which is there to protect you, the public. All we ask as agents is for you to put your trust in us and let us do our job.

Also... as a realtor, I have the added advantage of being able to use the Talking House Transmitters! My competitors do not. They represent a significant investment and are provided free to my clients to assist in the marketing of their homes.
